Our set of studies have focused on “How we increase the number of successful female financial advisors in the industry?”

As we continue to dive deeper into this research we uncover more insights into what is necessary to recruit, develop and retain women in an industry where they are significantly under-represented.

Phase One: Female Financial Advisor Study

With only 18% of financial advisors being women, the purpose of this study was to better understand key themes associated with female advisor success and challenges.

Phase Two: Female Financial Advisor Study

Phase Two of this study focused on prioritizing what’s most important to a female advisor’s success. With over 200 women participating in this phase, we were able to understand what’s most critical to retaining and developing successful female advisors.
