Jennifer Rutley - Principal
With a diverse skill set and a passion for driving impactful change, Jennifer is an accomplished professional specializing in coaching leadership teams to reach their full potential. With a keen focus on putting insights into action, she excels at solving complex problems and facilitating large groups, harnessing their collective intelligence for innovative solutions. Drawing from a deep understanding of organizational psychology, Jennifer has successfully collaborated with teams across the spectrum, from Fortune 500 companies to emerging entrepreneurs.
She has a Bachelors in Mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, her Masters in Organizational Psychology from William James College, and is a certified Executive Coach. She lives in Needham, MA with her husband, three children, and two labs.
Abigail O’Malley - Principal
Abbey is passionate about tackling change from a human perspective. She works with clients to wrap their arms around large-scale change, including M&A and restructuring, and tap into the intrinsic motivation of their teams to bring change to life. She believes that organizational culture is an underutilized driver of successful change. Abbey’s background is in management consulting with McKinsey & Co. where she designed strategies and supported the implementation of transformational change at many Fortune 500 financial services organizations.
